1. What Data We Collect

To operate our calculators, we process the metrics you provide in the forms, including but not limited to:

• Biometrics: Age, Gender, Height, Weight, Blood Pressure.
• Habits: Smoking status, Alcohol consumption, Diet type, Sleep duration, Exercise frequency, Stress level.
• Account details (only if registered): Email address, managed by our authentication provider, Clerk. We never see or store your password.

Calculator answers are stored only in your browser's local storage to run the calculation and remember your progress. They are not transmitted to our servers and are not tied to any user account. Saving calculation history to your account is a planned feature that is not yet active.

OYEHOYE ASK is different: we store the link owner's public profile, safety settings, received responses, replies, moderation state, blocks, and reports so the inbox can function. For abuse prevention, the server derives keyed, non-reversible hashes from limited request signals such as IP address, browser user agent, and language. Raw IP addresses are not stored in ASK tables, and the recipient is never shown the sender's identity or technical signals.

2. How We Store and Secure Data

Account authentication (if you register) is handled by Clerk. OYEHOYE ASK content and safety records are stored in InsForge. Calculators run entirely in your browser and do not send inputs or results to our servers.

• All network transmissions are routed over HTTPS/TLS.
• Account credentials (email/password) are handled entirely by Clerk's authentication service, not stored by us directly.
• Calculator inputs and results are not sent to or stored on our servers — they stay in your browser's local storage.
• ASK inbox records are isolated by the account owner's Clerk user id, and server operations always apply that ownership scope.
• ASK owners can delete individual responses. Account-level deletion requests can be made through our Contact Page. No automated content-retention deadline is promised in this release.

3. HIPAA & Medical Disclaimer

We process data securely but do not handle protected health information (PHI) under formal clinical relationships. If you require medical diagnostics, always consult a licensed medical professional.

4. Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics

Oye Hoye does not use advertising pixels or sell behavioral profiles. Calculator progress can use browser local storage. Clerk uses cookies or comparable browser storage to maintain secure sign-in sessions. ASK records operational safety events such as link creation, response delivery, reports, blocks, and response-card creation; these are first-party product and security events rather than ad tracking.

5. Your Data Rights

Regardless of your geographic location, we grant all users complete autonomy over their data:

• Export: Every result page lets you download your report as a PNG image directly, with no account required.
• Account deletion: To delete your account and credentials, contact us via the Contact Page.
• Local data: Clearing your browser's local storage removes any in-progress calculator data immediately.
• ASK responses: Link owners can delete individual inbox responses. Senders do not receive a sender account record or a public identity record for anonymous submissions.
